† ТERMS OF SERVICE †

  • English is not my first language. Be prepared to ask questions if there is any misunderstanding between us.

  • Full payment is required before the commission begins.

  • If the client chose to pay through the Easystaff task they have to accept the payment after sketch, I won't continue the work otherwise.

  • Using my artworks for AI learning & NFT is forbidden.

  • Some orders may be beyond my capabilities, so I reserve the right to reject them.

  • Commissioned works will be published in my personal portfolio, social networks & other media unless otherwise requested.

  • Feel free to let me know of any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch/lineart. Only minor changes will be made after that, drastic changes may cost extra.

  • The client don't have the right to use my work commercially unless it has been specifically agreed.

  • The client will get updates of a certain phase of work for a check-in.

  • After the order complete I will send PSD & PNG unsigned version of files.

  • If I don't receive any response from you within 2 months, the order will be automatically canceled, regardless of the stage of completion. Refunds will not be possible.

  • If I am unable to complete an order on time for any reason, I reserve the right to extend the deadline.

  • By ordering and paying my commission, you agree that under no circumstances will the payment be refunded. Your order will be completed 100% of the time. So before ordering, please make sure you're comfortable with my style and terms of service!
